Choux pastry is one of the most challenging, but thanks to Maestro Seleznev, it becomes surprisingly simple and easy to prepare.The whipped cream combined with fresh strawberries leave no doubt – urgent need to run to the kitchen and bake delicious eclairs.

Choux pastry:
- 250 ml of water
- 0.5 l of milk
- 250 g butter
- 10 g of salt
- 275 g flour
- 10 eggs
- 500 ml of whipping cream
- strawberry
- powdered sugar for decoration
How to cook:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. For the choux pastry in a saucepan combine water, milk, butter, salt, put on fire and bring to boil. Enter the sifted flour. To make dough, intensively stirring with a wooden spatula to avoid lumps. Turn off the heat, let the dough "rest" for several minutes. Beat the dough with a mixer until smooth, adding eggs one at a time. Using a pastry bag transplant on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, test strips with a length of 5-7 cm and a width of 2-3 cm Bake for 20 minutes, in any case without opening the oven. Ready eclairs to cool to room temperature. For the cream very cold cream vzbit to strong peaks. Cut the eclairs lengthwise. On one half using a pastry bag to isolate the whipped cream, put the sliced strawberries, cover with the second part. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
