Recipe for a Spinat, Feta and Cheddar seal

Gotta:
5 eggs
300g feta
70g cheddar
salt, pepper
1 tsp oregano
100g pine nuts
olive-oil
500g spinach
buttercup
Filo dough packaging (if you don't have a filo, you can take a ready-made yeastless puff dough and thinly roll it out)
nutmeg
peel 1 lemon
cayenne
rosemary

How to cook:

1. Warm the oven to 200°C.

2. Pine nuts toast in a dry hot pan for 2 minutes, they should become golden.

3. Mix in a bowl of eggs, feta and 50 g of cheddar, grated on a fine grater (leave a small piece of cheese, we will need it). Sprinkle and pepper, add oregano. Stir everything with a fork, but you do not need to zeal, there should be lumps. Pour the nuts, stir again.

4. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp olive oil. Lay out half the spinach, stew for 40 seconds. Season with nutmeg, add a second serving of spinach. Salt, add lemon peel and a piece of butter (without butter, spinach will be tasteless and too fresh). Put out a few more minutes.

5. Quite a large sheet of parchment for baking (the size of the sheet should be 1.5 times the diameter of the pan) soak and grind. Squeeze and spread on the working surface, straighten. This is what will speed up the baking process. Spray olive oil.
