What is compatible and incompatible products



For the first time this principle of power for me was found in 1998, it was welcomed in the dance team, where I worked. Almost all of us know that after salted fish or cucumber milk is better not to drink, or not eat candy or cakes after meat, pea meals, or .... – and what kind of trouble are after such combinations. But the listing ends, not really combined with other products a lot more. Although at first glance this list scares that are difficult to remember and especially to apply in the preparation of Breakfast, lunch and dinner, but really worth only one-three weeks to look into it and then you can easily prepare a healthy dish in the full sense of the word.

Incompatible products are those which prevent full absorption of each other or any important nutrients (vitamins, minerals) or when co-digestion secrete toxic compounds (toxins).

So, here's briefly what you need to eat separately:

1.Carbohydrates and Acidic foods. Carbohydrates: bread, potatoes, peas, beans, bananas, dates... Acidic foods: lemon, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, tomato...

2.Concentrated protein and Concentrated carbs. Protein: legumes, meat, fish, eggs, cheese... Carbohydrates: bread, cereals, potatoes, sweet fruits...

3.Protein and Protein. This: legumes, nuts, meat, eggs, cheese, milk...

4.The fats and Proteins. Fats: cream, vegetable and animal oils. Proteins: meat, fish, eggs, cheese...

5.Acidic fruits and Proteins. Acidic fruits: oranges, lemons. Pineapples, tomatoes... Proteins: legumes, meat, fish, eggs, cheese...

6.Starches and Sugar. Starches: bread, potatoes, cereals... Sugar, jelly, jam, sugar, honey, molasses, sweet fruits...

7.Starch and Starch. Starches: bread, potatoes, cereals... — to avoid excess starch. Starches are digested better in a dry (not soup).

8.Melons and Watermelons – eat separately from all as the main meal.

9.Milk eat separately from all as a main meal from it better to refuse.

10.Fruits - eat separately from all as the main meal.

11.Very difficult digestible foods (cause putrefactive poisoning): fatty meats, sour apples, beans (but not green beans!), peas, peanuts, cereals (but no sprouts!), bread with jam, hot cakes, honey, syrups.

And here is more detailed, similar to the previous list are not compatible with each other products taken from Ayurveda:

2.Sour vegetables (tomato, eggplant), fruits and Starches, flour, cottage cheese, milk.

3.Milk and Other products, besides honey.

4.Melon, watermelon (not fasting) and Other products.

5.Starch and tea, dairy products, egg, banana, dates, most fruits.

6.Honey, when thermally processed.

7.Radish and Milk. Banana, raisins.

8.Nightshade (peppers) and Potatoes, yogurt, cucumber, tomato, eggplant.

9.Dairy and Cucumbers.

10.Yogurt and Milk, sour fruits, hot drinks, meat, fish, mangos, starch, cheese.

11.Egg and Milk, meat, yogurt, cheese, fish, banana.

12.Fruits and Any other food.

13.Corn and dates, raisins, banana.

14.Lemon Yogurt, milk, cucumber, tomato.

15.Fish and Dairy prodct.

16.Cabbage and Beans.

17.Raw vegetables and Thermally processed vegetables.

And finally, the digestion time of different foods:

Fruit 30-60 minutes.

Sprouts – 1.5 hours.

Soaked nuts – 1.5 hours.

Greens, vegetables (raw and steamed) – 2-2.5 hours.

Cereals, legumes – 3-3.5 hours.

A mixture of legumes or grains – more than 4-5 hours.

Pasta of durum wheat – 3 hours.

Coffee, tea – 6 hours.

Coffee or tea with milk for 24 hours.

Cold milk – 12 hours.

Animal products (meat, fish, eggs) is 72-100 hours.
