Red salad

(serves four for lunch, or eight as an appetizer)
250 grams of red beet, chopped
250 grams of smoked tongue, cut
340 grams red cabbage, finely chopped
5 tablespoons chilled heavy cream
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 bulb shallot, chopped
1 tsp sugar
Cayenne pepper and salt to taste
The iceberg lettuce

Mix cream, tomato paste, sugar, shallots and pepper. Beat for 3 minutes until the mixture is light and foam. Slowly pour, continuing to whisk, lemon juice. 6 slices conger eel
6 slices of streaky bacon

6 tsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp curry
Cayenne pepper

First of all, prepare the pieces of conger eel, carefully removing the code and the ridge. Put the pieces of eel on slices of bacon, clipping the eel along the length of the bacon. And all this on a piece of omentum, slightly larger. Salt and pepper, on each piece of eel on leaf lettuce and 50 g. soybeans. Sprinkle with a little curry powder, salt and pepper. Add a teaspoon of cream, cover with the second leaf of lettuce and wrap it all in a seal.

In a large frying pan strongly heat the butter, cook the fish pieces on low fire for 40 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from heat and place in heat. In the pan, sprinkle with flour and fry until Golden but do not let get brown. Add cream and curry, season to taste. Give a little boil and pour the resulting sauce over the pieces of eel.

Cocktail Casanova

The juice of one orange
1 tsp Campari bitters (or other bitters vermouth)
1 tsp. ginger
4 tbsp brandy
2 tbsp old (aged) brandy
1 pinch Cayenne pepper

Ideal for such conditions as fatigue, tiredness after work or just an extreme degree of sobriety. It is a well-proven recipe that meets all the requirements. A particular advantage of this tool is that using it doesn't necessarily make a sour face, as usual when taking medication.
At the bottom of a glass, combine pepper and ginger. Pour the bitters on top, then brandy and old brandy. Refrigerate or, even better, in the freezer.
After thirty minutes, remove and mix with orange juice in a chilled glass.
Drink... and wait for the effect.
It will come pretty quickly.
