What pisses me off in others or a lonely stocking looking for a mate
The essence of many conflicts could be summed up in the phrase: “You scold me for loving me.” In other words, a partner or friends take on what we don’t want to recognize in ourselves. Thus, others, on the one hand, make life easier for us, and on the other, teach us how to live with what we have supplanted.
You can look for what annoys others. And start ... imitate.
Simple example. I didn't like pettiness in people.
What does that mean? That frugality was forbidden to me.
Tired of judging others, I decided to embrace this shadowy trait.
And now that I have one stocking torn, I do not throw the other one away. He washes himself and waits. I figured out that a stocking of a new pair of the same color could break. And I'll be back in stockings. Full set. At first, everything in me protested against this “gathering.” Similar flowers and texture are rare. I was annoyed by this pointless lump of lonely stockings. It seemed to prevent me from living and spoil my whole picture of the world about how it really should be.
Now nothing. It is easier for me to listen to conversations about discounts and be quietly present next to those bargaining for 5 rubles. I used to want to pay for everything, so as not to waste time in this foreign battle for profit (read the attempt to win an extra game of who-to-who). Now, if it gets annoying, I remember my stocking. After all, everyone has the right to satisfy their anxiety in a convenient way. And I'm by no means flawlessly beautiful in the way I relieve my anxiety. So here's the thing.
Ask yourself, “What makes me angry about others?”
This is your shadow side that needs to be accepted. published
P.S. And remember, just by changing your consciousness – together we change the world!
