Fry the fish without bones. A little secret!
How many of us don't like to pick small bones out of fried fish! And if you need to feed the kids, we did painstakingly cleaned each piece. How to fry fish without bones? Very simple! Use today one little secret.
This recipe is suitable for cooking a variety of fish: bream, bream, Rudd, dushman, roach and other fish with small bones.
The fish is cleaned of scales and entrails. Then with a sharp knife carefully make frequent cuts on either side (see photo), not cutting the backbone. In the abdomen, put the sliced onions and Bay leaf. Coat the fish in flour and fry on low heat. It is very tasty!
But where are the small bones? And the bones of the roasted and softened in hot oil, therefore, eating fish, you eat them, almost not noticing them. Try it! published
