These five simple and healthy recipes to easily replace the classic desserts. Among the ingredients there is no sugar, no flour, no milk — only fresh fruits, nuts, and dried fruit. To prepare these desserts do not need a hob, but the process will take no more than 10 minutes.
1. Instead of a milkshake — a strawberry smoothie with almond milk
This dessert smoothie is perfect for Breakfast or a snack in the middle of the day. Its main ingredient is nut milk, made with raw almonds or hazelnuts. The beverage is similar to a classic milkshake or yogurt, but without the addition of cow's milk which is poorly absorbed in combination with fruits. To get a thick texture of a milkshake, a smoothie is avocado or bananas. The berries give the smoothie taste and color. When not in season, you can safely use any available frozen berries without seeds.
Strawberry smoothie with almond milk (2-3 servings):
• 1 avocado
• 200 g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
• a handful of cranberries
• juice of 1/2 lime
• 2 teaspoons honey or Jerusalem artichoke syrup
• 1 Cup walnut milk (1 Cup water + 50 g of raw almonds or hazelnuts)
To prepare nut milk, mix well in blender water and 50 grams of raw nuts. Then strain through a sieve or cheesecloth and pour the prepared milk into the blender. Add the flesh of the avocado and remaining ingredients. Mix well in a blender and dessert is ready! Pour into glasses and garnish with the chopped berries.
2. Instead of chocolate balls made from nuts and dried fruits
These beads are often called energy balls: they are well saturated, and it is convenient to use for a snack when you need a quick snack. With a prescription, you can constantly experiment by adding different nuts, seeds, dried fruits and spices. Importantly, the nuts were raw, and dried fruits are the most natural with no added sugar and dyes. The finished balls can for about a week stored in the refrigerator. It is convenient to take with you to work or on trips, and is a useful food for the kids.
Coconut balls with dried apricots and cinnamon (12 balls):
• 100 g of raw almonds
• 100 g dried apricots
• 5 tablespoons coconut
• 1,5 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• a couple of pinches of salt
In a blender or a food processor grind the almonds first into crumbs, then add coconut and blend again. With a knife finely chop the apricots and put in a blender for nuts. Add cinnamon, lemon juice and salt. Again mix everything together in a blender. In the prepared mixture add the honey and stir with a fork. Roll into balls and sprinkle each one in coconut or cocoa.
3. Instead of the usual ice cream — ice cream made from bananas
To cook in your kitchen more useful alternative to the classic ice cream, you will need only a blender and a couple of frozen bananas. Previously, the bananas need to be peeled, cut into small pieces and put into a container in the freezer. At any time when you want a cold dessert, mix the frozen bananas with a spoonful of honey, natural vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, or berries. You can also add some coconut or almond milk. Five minutes, and dessert is ready!
Ice cream bananas:
• 3 frozen bananas (peeled and sliced rings)
• lemon juice
• a spoon of honey
• the contents of the vanilla pod
Remove the bananas from the freezer and a couple of minutes, hold them at room temperature, giving a little melted. Combine bananas and remaining ingredients in a blender or a food processor to a smooth cream. To ice cream is ready add the chopped almonds, pine nuts or fresh berries.
4. Instead of the usual Nutella — Nutella of figs and hazelnuts
Each scoop of classic chocolate Nutella eaten a generous portion of palm oil, sugar and dry milk. To cook a healthy version of Nutella, all you need is a blender and 10 minutes. At the heart of this delicate chocolate paste, natural dates, raw hazelnuts, rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. If the pasta will not disappear on the first day, it can be stored in the refrigerator for about a week in a tightly closed container.
Homemade Nutella from figs and hazelnuts
• 1 Cup of raw hazelnuts
• 1 Cup dates
• 1/2 Cup water
• 2 tsp liquid honey or maple syrup
• 1-2 tsp cocoa
At night or at least 5 hours to soak nuts in drinking water. If dates are dry, they can also be soaked. Before cooking, rinse the nuts and dates, clear dates from the bones. 5. Instead of cheesecake — "kasuka" with figs
This dessert made of cashew nuts is a great substitute for a classic cheesecake. There is no sugar, no milk, no flour and all natural ingredients remain raw, retaining their vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Cheese or cottage cheese here substitute cashew nuts instead of flour for a crispy bottom layer of nuts are used instead of the plate — blender and freezer. Figs you can substitute any berries, chocolate or coconut.
"Casutic" with figs (for a small shape with a diameter of 15 cm)
Bottom layer:
• dried figs 5-6.
• 100 g of walnuts
• pinch of sea salt
Main layer:

▪ 100 ml coconut milk

Soak walnuts and figs for a couple of hours. Rinse and chop them in a blender with a pinch of salt until smooth and place on the bottom of the form, pre-greased with coconut or olive oil, then it was easy to remove.
