Pie with cottage cheese and mandarins
Very delicious and beautiful cake with tangerines will appeal to all! Be sure to try to cook it, guests will be delighted, especially the kids)!
You will need:
Dough:
1. egg yolk - 4 PCs.,
2. butter-200 g
3. sour cream - 2 tbsp,
4. sugar - 100 g,
5. baking powder - 10 g,
6. flour - 2.5 cups,
7. vanillin - on the tip of a knife.
Filling №1:
1. low-fat cottage cheese — 200 g
2. egg - 1 PC.;
3. sugar - 100 g
Filling №2:
1. egg whites - 4 PCs.,
2. sugar -100 g.
Filling number 3:
1. tangerines -4-5 PCs.,
2. gelatin — 10 g,
3. children's juice - 200 ml.
Cooking
Separate the whites and yolks from 4 eggs.
Prepare the batter: mix the egg yolks, oil (get it from the fridge in advance so it is soft), sour cream, sugar, vanilla and beat with a blender. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually add to the mass, kneading the dough. The dough will be easy, stick to hands.
Curd mix with egg and sugar.
Beat the whites with the sugar.
Roll the dough in greased with butter detachable form, making a small rim around the edges. On the dough first, curd, smooth, and on top of the beaten egg whites, smooth.
Bake 30-40 min. at 200 °C. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Instant gelatin mix with juice (I use juice with pulp).
On the finished pie to put the peeled Mandarin oranges and pour gelatin mixture.
Put the pie in the fridge for 3-4 hours until firm. Carefully remove from the mold and cut into pieces.published
