Wild rice with selderey and pine nuts

RECIPE:
1. Wild rice -1 Cup. soak for 12 hours in hot water. The water is not salt.
2. In a thick-walled pot or saucepan pour the boiling water – 1.5 cups. There download soaked rice, preliminary drain with the water in which it soaked.
3. Add salt (1 teaspoon of salt, try not to oversalt)
4. Cook over low heat just by opening the lid of the pot to the evaporation of water (time will take about 30 min).



5. Strain the rice on drushlag. Place in a salad bowl or on a dish, pour vegetable oil, sprinkle pine nuts and mix well.
6. Sprinkle with parsley
7. Separately boil the celery stalks until soft by placing them in a pot of salted boiling water (cook for about 10 -12min). Cut into small pieces.
