Casserole with lentils and smoked salmon
Lentils are delicious, satisfying and very useful product which many people underestimate. Perhaps because I do not know how to cook it. Start with this simple recipe.
Ingredients:
Lentils put into a pot, cover with vegetable broth, season with salt, add curry and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes after boiling until complete evaporation of the liquid.
