Salad with smoked salmon, two different prescription

. Salad with smoked salmon and avocado
You will need:
- 1 avocado
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 50 grams of fresh cucumber
- 5 grams of grated Parmesan cheese to decorate
For the filling:
- 4 grams of grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove of garlic (passed through the press)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil

You will need:
- New potatoes 1 kg

- Sour cream 2 tablespoons
