Carrot fettuccine with almonds
The new good life usually starts on Mondays. Or right after the New year. To start the countdown always want with a particular point. Just get here and say: "I will eat right" is somehow not interested in). Quite another thing – "next year", right?
Well, I think, a little bit late, and soon winter will be over. The main thing – desire!
So vegetables is the surest way to the top. Orange, fresh, crispy carrots became our choice. Salad of it, with Apple and lemon juice – just lovely. A glass of ginger carrot-orange juice – very fresh.
Glazed with honey small carrots – a perfect side dish. But the idea to make "fettuccine" made from carrots, not wheat flour, is, in our opinion, a great way to make food healthier, more beautiful, and what could hide the time it will take a few minutes.
Ingredients:
In the frying pan, olive oil, lay carrot strips, season with salt, add lemon juice. Cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Then add honey, mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes so that the strips of carrot softened and became plastic, but not lost rustaweli.
Put carrot fettuccine on a plate, sprinkle with almond flakes and coriander leaves.
We like slightly perustuvaa carrots, but you can cook it a little longer, to taste. Or blanch in salted boiling water for a few minutes, and then fill. Instead of cilantro you can add fresh mint leaves, strips of orange zest, or to dream and make your option.
