The ingredients
  • 4 large carrots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp acute adjika
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • juice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tuft of cilantro
  • salt


Preparation
  1. Boil the peeled carrots almost to ready. It should be soft, but not boiled.


  2. Cut the cooled carrots with 0.5 centimeter thick circles.


  3. Put a pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil, lay out carrots, add all the seasonings and garlic, squeeze the juice out of half the lemon. Stir, salt, add ajika and vinegar, stir again.


  4. Put the carrots in the salad bowl. Cut and add cilantro to the carrots. Stir it.


  5. Let the salad cool and serve it on the table.

Carrots with cranberries and pecans



The ingredients
  • 8 carrots
  • 1 bundle of green onions
  • 100g dried cranberries
  • 100g sugared pecans
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • salt and black pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Rub the carrots on a fine grater, put them in a salad bowl.
  2. Cut the green onions finely. Add it to the carrot, stir it.
  3. Add cranberries and candied pecans. You can replace them with walnuts.
  4. To make the sauce, mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, stir. Add Dijon mustard without grains, garlic, salt, pepper, stir again.
  5. Fill the salad with the sauce.

Carrot with celery



The ingredients
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 2 celery stems
  • 1 tuft of cilantro
  • juice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • salt, black pepper to taste


Preparation
  1. Grate carrots for Korean carrots.
  2. Wash and clean with vegetable peeling the stems of celery, cut them with straw.
