RECEIPT OF MORE BALLES Gotta: 1kg carrots 120-150 ml of water 1 egg 1-2 tbsp manki or flour 1 tsp sugar pinch vegetable-oil
How to cook:
1. Clean the carrots and rub them in a small grater.
2. Put the carrots in the saucer, add salt, sugar and pour water. Periodically stirring, cook on low heat until the water evaporates.

3. Put the carrots in a bowl and let them cool.
4. Add the egg and manka (or flour).
5. Fry on heated oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
