2. Call people by name Dale Carnegie said a person's name is the sweetest and most important sound in any language. If you want to develop a deeper, lasting relationship, you have to remember people's names. So they will feel important to you.

 

3. Start a conversation don't wait for someone else to start talking first, and don't sit with a bored face, immersed in the phone.

The best way to learn about others is to strike up a conversation. Ask sincere questions, and listen carefully.

 

4. Be respectful and sensitive when you bring bad news, Your words should be respectful and appropriate environment, if you are forced to talk about the bad news. Be direct but tactful, talk one-on-one in a private setting.
