Unusual treat: cheese cake with custard

I want to share with you the recipe of a cake that was simple to prepare and doesn't require much time!

Necessary ingredients for the dough:

  • cheese — 200 g
  • eggs — 2 PCs
  • sugar — 0.5 cups
  • soda — 0.5 tsp.
  • flour — 1-2 cups, depending on the humidity of cottage cheese
  • salt — 0.5 tsp. (you can without salt)


For the cream:

  • milk — 700 ml (boiled and chilled)
  • eggs — 2 PCs.
  • sugar — 1 Cup
  • flour — 2 tbsp
  • butter — 50 grams
  • vanilla
Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add the cheese, wiped through a sieve, hydrated soda, flour and knead not thick dough.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls.

You can give a little to relax the dough, covered the rolled balls with a towel so the dough doesn't dry, and it's time to make the custard.

There are many ways of cooking the custard, but one that I propose, in my opinion, the easiest:

  • Beat the eggs with sugar, add vanilla, flour, a little milk and stir thoroughly to avoid lumps.
  • Then pour the remaining milk and again beat.
  • The resulting mixture is put on fire and cook until thick, stirring constantly (but do not boil!).
  • After which the cream remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  • Add the butter and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Go back to making cakes.

Roll out the dough. The biscuits try to make thinner.

Pierce the dough with a fork all over the surface.

Put on a dry hot pan and fry from both sides on a slow fire.

Before you flip the crust, pierce it again with a fork, so as not bubbled.

I got 30 cakes, but I did 3 cake! And that one cake should have 7-10 layers.

Lubricate the cakes with custard and put the cake in the cold, give it a soak. He should stand up at least a day in the fridge.published
