Rye tortillas without yeast — fast and useful

We offer to your attention a simple recipe for vegetable rye bread, which we often cook on the weekends from peeled rye flour. It's fast and useful, and most importantly very simple and tasty. Note

Ingredients
  • 300 grams rye flour
  • 350 milliliters of kefir
  • 1 teaspoon olive or flax oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • salt, cumin or coriander to taste
 

Preparation Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Separately combine the homemade yogurt and butter. Gradually add the dry mixture. Sticky knead soft dough, leave it for 20 minutes alone.

Step 2

Table liberally sprinkle rye flour, lay out our dough, crumble it and roll out to a thickness of 1 cm. Then take a glass, cut out scones and lay them on the laid paper baking sheet.

Step 3
