What NOT to do if you have lost the back or neck

In acute back pain caused by hypothermia, is not recommended:

-To visit the sauna or take a hot bath;

To do hot compresses;

-Apply a warming ointment with a thick layer;

-To do gymnastics,

-To practice yoga.

Procedures for excessive warming of the plot, can lead to the opposite effect – the formation of edema, increase of inflammation and pain that aggravate the disease. To take a bath to recovery is not recommended − it is better to warm the back under warm (not hot!) shower.
