Cleansing Soup
This vegan cleansing soup is not only delicious, but also useful. The main ingredient in the soup – yams, sweet potatoes.

Ingredients (for 3-4 persons)
3 cups chopped sweet potato (1 large bulb)
2 cups water or coconut water
1 red onion
1 medium tomato
3 date
1/2 Cup coconut or cashew nuts (soak nuts in water for 2 hours)
1 tsp curry powder (the Indian spice)
pinch of sea salt
fresh spinach and/or other greens
Cooking
Diced sweet potato and onion to cook for a few 15 minutes. Leave to cool vegetables. When cooled down, immerse all the ingredients in a blender and mix well before the formation of cream soup.
Add water to taste. My son likes thick soups, which resemble porridge Fresh spinach or other greens, finely chop and decorate the soup in a bowl or Cup.
If you do not have this ingredient, you can replace it with zucchini, pumpkin or artichoke.
If you or your children do not like curry can do without it or add your favorite spices.
