Prepare in advance:

  • Butter – 250g, which should be softened (but not melted!).
  • Powdered sugar – 1 or 1 ½ cups .

  • Eggs – 10pcs, whisk, without fanaticism, not in the foam, just mix thoroughly with a whisk.
  • Sour cream – 1 liter, placed in a thick-walled pot with a volume of 4 liters, stir it using a whisk and stirring (churning), add the eggs.
  • Milk – 3 liters (preferably a rustic fat, of course, or let pasteurized high fat), pour in the sour cream with the eggs, stirring with a whisk.

Put the saucepan with the contents on the hob and slowly heat, stirring all the same Corolla. When I depart the serum, drain the contents of the pan into a colander, the laid gauze in 2 layers ( you should try not to bring the mixture to a boil, the serum leaves at the stage when the mixture is hot but not boiled).
