Your refuge, you can do anything you want. Relax, gain strength. And when you feel refreshed, recharged, and confident person, go back to real life, back to those who need you and whom you love. But always remember that at any point in your life you can get into your shelter, there to rest and gain strength.
Can before bed to mentally withdraw into a refuge and to rest at night, to fall asleep there. But in the morning be sure to come back to real life. Otherwise, the day can pass counterproductive, as you're not mentally "here and now", and THERE, in his shelter.
