Okroshka on kvass with quail eggs

The summer cold soup is everyone's favorite soup! There are many variants of cooking this nutritious and refreshing dish okroshka on kefir, whey, kvass, water (with vinegar or citric acid), etc. Today tell the recipe hash on kvass with quail eggs.





2 liters of kvass (preferably homemade of course):
 

Ingredients:

  • Radishes – 6-8 pieces of small
  • Cucumbers – 2 large
  • Boiled potatoes of medium size –3 to 4 PCs
  • Quail eggs boiled hard-boiled – 10-12 PCs
  • Green onions – 2 bunches medium
  • Dill – 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour cream — portions in each plate
 





 

How to prepare:
Chop the vegetables and eggs cut into halves lengthwise, pour kvass and salt.
