1. No one is busy enough not to respond to you
Guy or girl, most likely not respond to your message, not because of too busy. A prospective employer day after day, not returning my calls is not due to the fact that it can not find a single free minute.
If you do not receive a response from someone, it is because they consciously didn't want to answer you. And the sooner you stop finding excuses for people who don't pay you enough attention, the sooner you will be able to approach those people and situations that do this.
