10 simple morning exercises that will prolong youth for years!
We offer you a set of exercises, where elements of gymnastics and massage techniques coexist. Extraordinarily invigorating exercises will help you gain energy before the work day. Similar exercises are encouraged at the beginning of the day by Tibetan monks.
We present here a lightweight version of the exercises. It is able to perform both a child and an adult young man, this complex is available to the elderly.
When we wake up, we perform simple exercises in bed. It is best to do it immediately after waking up. We work with our eyes closed. We collect attention and focus it on each movement.
1. Place the hands on the ears. The thumbs are located behind the ears, the index fingers “pass” throughout the ear. The palms are moving down. Do it at least 30 times.
These manipulations give vigor, and in addition, prevent the appearance of wrinkles on the face, massage the facial nerve, strengthen the gums and teeth, improve vision, activate blood circulation in the temporal region.
