Foil Pack Chicken & Rainbow Veggies. Chicken in foil & rainbow vegetables
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
Vegetables:
1 medium size red onion, diced
2 cups broccoli
1 yellow pepper, sliced
2 cups baby carrots
1 ½ cups of cherry tomatoes
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
8-10 sprigs of thyme
A few cloves of garlic
Chicken:
4 chicken Breasts
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of paprika
4 sprigs of thyme
4 garlic cloves
Special equipment:
2 pan
Aluminum foil
TRAINING
1. Preheat the oven to 400 ° F / 200 ° C.
2. Place red onion, broccoli, yellow pepper, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes evenly on a baking sheet. (Try not to allow the vegetables to overlap too much so they fry properly.)
3. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper (to taste).
4. Add sprigs of thyme and a clove of garlic in half over the vegetables.
5. Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil (approximately 12 x 12 inches).
6. Lay down foil and place chicken Breasts in center of each.
7. Season both sides of chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika (all to taste).
8. Add sprigs of thyme and a clove of garlic on top of each chicken breast.
9. Bring top and bottom edge of foil to center and fold a couple of times. Fold in the left and right side several times to seal the foil pack.
10. Install all 4 chicken foil on a baking sheet.
11. Bake for 30 minutes.
