Tzatziki: the famous Greek appetizer with cucumber and yoghurt
Anyone who has visited Greece, will never forget the hot sun, beaches with white sand and azure sea water, cozy little tavern, home-style simple and incredibly delicious food.
And of course the unusual taste of the most popular Greek appetizer "cacık» (τζατζίκι), which is also called "tzatziki»,
«tzatziki». Local residents, and the majority of tourists consider that delicious and healthy dishes for the summer so hard to pick up. Tzatziki gained the widest popularity among people who prefer healthy food and natural, high-quality, environmentally-friendly Mediterranean products.
Ingredients:
2-3 medium cucumber
400 gr. yogurt
2-3 cloves of garlic
olive oil
salt
Preparation:
1. Peeled cucumber or finely cut into strips, or three on a coarse grater.
2. We shift durshlak cucumbers, pour a large salt and mnёm them. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
3. Put the bowl of yogurt, three garlic, add salt, butter and finely chopped dill. Before you put the cucumbers in a bowl, squeeze them.
4. All products mix well.
Appetizer ready.
