Mini Canelli with Camembert - quick and tasty!
Very original, tasty and most importantly fast! Try to prepare a miniature Canela once, and this recipe will become your brand!
Mini Canelli with Camembert
Time for preparation: 20 minutes + 15 minutes for preparation
Products for 4 servings:
1 head of Camembert,
330 ml of milk,
40 g butter,
3 egg yolks,
125 g of flour,
1 bunch green onions,
paprika.
How to cook:
Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Milk heat (but not boiling) in a small pan, you dissolve it in butter. Remove the milk from the heat, add the egg yolks (gently fold the egg yolks may be - let the liquid cool down a bit, or enter them in very small portions, stirring constantly), flour
. This also send 3/4 of cheese, cut into small pieces, and chopped green onions. A couple of onions feathers leave to decorate dishes. Dough pour into molds for Canelli, leaving about 1 cm to the edge.
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the mold, let cool. On top lay on a piece of cheese, sprinkle with chopped onions and paprika.
