Salad with mushrooms
Ingredients:
• 10 mushrooms raw mushrooms
• Yalta onion ¼ red or white pieces (to taste)
• Olive oil
• sea salt
• Dried parsley ½ tsp
• Dried herbs ½ tsp olive
• Lemon juice 1ch.l.-1st.l. by
taste • You can add sea kale Wakame
Preparation: mushrooms and onions finely or coarsely chopped, add the oil, salt, spices
. Mushrooms increase immunity. As they contain all fungi fitolektiny that regulate metabolism, activated immune cells are activated antitumor protection. However fitolektiny are destroyed at temperatures above 40C, so the mushrooms are eaten raw or dried.
