Energy bars with nuts, figs and cranberries



Ingredients:
 - 150 g of a mixture of dried nuts of any
 - 150 g dried cranberries
 - 16 dates, pitted
 - Zest of half a lemon
 - 1 tsp coconut


Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop.
2. The mixture was put on a baking sheet, cover with cling film and rolled with a rolling pin.
3. Remove the pan in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4. Cut the mixture into strips and wrap each bar in parchment or plastic wrap.
