Pumpkin Pie (without baking)
"Dough»:
1 tbsp. walnuts,
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds,
6-7 dates,
½ tsp cinnamon.
All carefully grind blender (or in a meat grinder). Put in a form with borders.
Filling:
400 g pumpkin,
1 banana,
juice of one lemon,
3 tablespoons honey or dates pulp
1 tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp ground ginger,
½ tsp nutmeg,
½ tsp ground cloves.
Mix in a blender until smooth. Share on "dough." Put in the fridge for a couple of hours, you can even freeze a little.
