Live cake "Pincher"
For 4 servings, we need:
200 gr. Almond
200 gr. filbert
400 gr. prunes
4 banana
6 tablespoons. l. Cocoa or carob
2 tbsp. l. Meda
Preparation:
Making cakes:
To grind nuts in a blender in flour, grind into a puree prunes. Mix the puree with nut flour, knead the dough elastic. Form the cakes.
Cream: bananas, carob and honey and mix blender until smooth
