Sources of harmful acids in the body:
- Uric acid - from the excessive consumption of meat (especially when combined with strong drink)
- Lactic acid - exertion
- Tannic acid - from drinking black tea and coffee
- Sulphuric acid - in severe flatulence
- Aspirin - from the system receiving
painkillers - Acetic acid - by use and confectionery fat (margarine, palm oil)
- Oxalic acid - by excessive use, such as rhubarb, spinach, heat-treated / sorrel and cocoa (chocolate)
- Hydrochloric acid - stress, fear, irritation
- Nitric acid - from the salty meat and cheese and potassium nitrate preservatives (especially in vacuum-packed)
- Nicotine (having a pronounced acidic) - smoking.
