LINEN ROLL with vegetables and cheese with berry sauce
Recipe:
For the pita:
Len Brown - 100g
Water - 130g
Honey - 25g
Lemon juice - 15g
Sea salt - 1g
Black pepper powder - 0.5g
Len grind into flour, add water, honey, juice, salt and pepper. Mix and smear a thin layer on the silicone sheet. Dry 5 hours at 38 * C, then gently flip and dry for another 1 hour.
For the filling:
Lollo Biondo, - 15g
Cucumber - 15g
Tomato - 20g
Avocado - 20g
Cheese of cashew with herbs - 40g
Mayonnaise from sunflower seeds - 15g
