Soft cheese "Mexico"



2 cups (250 g), macadamia nuts (you can substitute hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
1 tbsp curry
Caen 1-2 tsp pepper (check its sharpness, be guided by your taste!)
1 cup water

1. grind nuts, lemon juice, soy sauce, curry and pepper in a food processor Caen.

2. Add water gradually to bring the cheese to the desired consistency. (Optional use all cup).

3. You have turned out surprisingly tasty raw cheese
