Green gazpacho
1 stalk celery petiolar
1 small sweet green pepper
1 peeled cucumber
1 tbsp green hot chili peppers such as jalapenos (add considering the severity of the specific peppers)
2 teeth of garlic
1/2 cup walnuts
2 cups spinach leaves
2 tbsp basil leaves
2 tbsp
leaf parsley juice of one lime or lemon
2 tbsp
olive oil 1/2 tsp sea salt
All is well mixed in a blender at high speed. I still love the top drop of olive oil before serving.
