Cream of Avocado
Mix in a blender:
1 ripe avocado,
3-4 leaf of basil (or mint),
1 clove of garlic,
1 tablespoon lemon juice,
2-3 pinch of hot pepper,
sea salt to taste,
about art. water (until the consistency is not very thick cream).
Garnish with sunflower shoots (at present).
