Syroedchesky Lunch: lettuce under Beet Sauce




Ingredients:

Lettuce

For the sauce:

beets, 50-60 gr.
sunflower seeds (raw natural), 75-100 gr.
juice of 1 lemon
juice of 1 orange
1 tomato
salt to taste
dill wishes

1. Seeds grind into flour.

2. The powerful food processor or blender to grind the beets and tomatoes. Add the lemon and orange juice, and salt and ground seeds, and beat until smooth.
