Syroedchesky Cream of Carrot Soup



Very hearty and tasty syroedchesky cream of carrot and almond milk, which is ideal for the cold year.

Ingredients:

carrots, 200 g
almonds, 100
Water, 600 ml.
salt to taste
garlic for taste
a little lemon juice, if desired


Preparation:

Almonds soaked in water overnight, or within 8-10 hours. Then wash, to shift into a blender, add water and milled until homogeneous. The resulting liquid drain through cheesecloth or a sieve. If you have Almond cake does not interfere, this procedure (filtering) can be omitted.
