Syroedchesky Soup "Tomato"
Ingredients:

tomatoes, 250 g
red bell pepper, 1-2 pieces.
carrots, 1 piece.
water
salt to taste
garlic to taste and desire
extra virgin olive oil, according to the request



Preparation:

Beat all ingredients in a blender until smooth. All soup is ready!

Depending on your taste preferences, you can add garlic and 1-2 tablespoons olive oil.



Cream of Carrot Soup

Very hearty and tasty syroedchesky cream of carrot and almond milk.

Ingredients:

carrots, 200 g
almonds, 100
Water, 600 ml.
salt to taste
garlic for taste
a little lemon juice, if desired by
Preparation:

Almonds soaked in water overnight, or within 8-10 hours. Then wash, to shift into a blender, add water and milled until homogeneous. The resulting liquid drain through cheesecloth or a sieve. If you have Almond cake does not interfere, this procedure (filtering) can be omitted.

Ingredients:

yellow zucchini, 350 g. (2 pcs)
basil, 1 small or 1/2 large beam
walnuts, 100 g
salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
Water, 500 ml
optional (and taste), you can add lemon juice
Preparation:

All ingredients were put in a blender and milled until uniform. At the plate, you can add 1 tbsp olive oil. All soup is ready!



Delicious soup from beet and tomato

Ingredients:

Beets, 130 gr.
2 large tomatoes
2 red bell peppers
lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
juice of 1 orange
water, half cup
salt to taste (I had about 1 tsp)

All the ingredients to grind in a blender to puree the state. This soup is very tasty to eat with dill.
