This diet consists of a 7-fasting days.
So:
1st day. 400 g of buckwheat, steamed on the water; 250 ml of milk; 450 ml of green tea.
2nd day. 500 g of cottage cheese; 500 g of green apples, better baked.
3rd day. 500 grams of rice; 1, 5 l of tomato juice without salt.
4th day. 400 g of fish; green vegetables.
5th day. 400 g of buckwheat, steamed on the water; 250 ml of milk; 450 ml of green tea.
6th day. 300 g of boiled meat, preferably beef; 1 kg of green vegetables.
7th day. Herculean porridge 400 g and 1 kg of any fruit.
