Spaghetti squash and zucchini.




For this dish, it is desirable to use long and young squash and zucchini.

Ingredients:
Zucchini - 1 pc.

Garlic - 6 cloves
Dill, basil, coriander - a few sprigs of
Sunflower oil 120 gr.
Cucumber - 1 pc.
Salt and spices - to taste.

Preparation.

Squash and zucchini rinse under running water. Cut tails and vegetable cutter to cut the thinnest plate. The plates were then cut into thin noodles (the foundation of spaghetti), salt and leave for 15 minutes.
