Homemade cheese: tasty, that may be made from cottage cheese.

3. When the cheese begins to melt slowly and become uniform - it is constantly stirring to not stick to the bottom of the pan. Keep the cheese on the fire as long as it is completely liquid and will not pass away characteristic sour smell.
4. When the curds become a thick milky liquid, then, without removing the cheese from the water bath, add the salt, spices and herbs to taste.
5. Hold the fire for 10 more minutes, and then poured into a mold to solidify and move in the refrigerator.
This is stored as a cheese curd and about 5 days.
