The ingredients
  • 400g natural cottage cheese
  • egg
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • 80g butter
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt




Preparation
  1. Grind the cottage cheese with a sieve and put in a pan. Add to it soft butter, half a teaspoon of salt and the same amount of sugar. I also use soda for cooking – just under half a teaspoon. Then we add one egg.



  2. Stir the ingredients so that a homogeneous curd mass is obtained. For this, you can use a special spatula or blender. Put the prepared mass on a water bath and cook on medium heat. Stir thoroughly until the cottage cheese begins to melt. In a water bath, cheese is cooked for about 15 minutes.



  3. The mass should be thick and sticky. Remove the cheese from the fire and put in pre-prepared jars. It can be small jars of mayonnaise or any other sauce. Before you put cheese there, they must be thoroughly lubricated with butter. Cover the cans with food film in contact with cheese. Leave it to cool for a few minutes.





It is better to make cheese in small portions. It can be used as a spread for sandwiches. Or add to main dishes, such as pasta or spaghetti. Preparing very quickly - only 20 minutes.

In addition, this treat does not need many ingredients. The main thing is that cottage cheese is natural, then cheese will turn out without additives and preservatives.
