Strange offender, imagines himself a character named Pokemon from Japanese anime.
Imitating the cartoon hero, he decided to literally fly over the fence and infiltrate into the White House with the president's vhoda.
Armed guards were quicker eccentric, they ran up to him, made to lie on the ground and arrested.
