Spaniard Manuel Lanares developed a special kind of ice cream Xamaleón. It changes color when it lizhut.Pered how to become a chef, 37-year-old Linares studied physics, which helped him develop a special edible mixture which reacts to changes in temperature and the presence of saliva.
