Modern relationships between lovers rarely boast its length, it is easy to know - is easy to leave, but the history of a certain respect that people have carried through his life until his death. More recently, an English couple died 91-year-old George and his 92-year-old wife, Dorothy Doughty, who spent 68 years of life together since the wedding. A touching story of two lovers whom even death could not separate.





91-year-old George was in intensive care with an infection of the lower respiratory tract, when his 92-year-old woman was taken to hospital with herpes zoster few days later, unfortunately, unable to fight the infection, she died. George was unconscious and was completely unaware of his wife's condition. He died exactly 10 hours later.



The couple met when George expressed his condolences, writing, Dorothy, after she lost her first husband in the Second World War, which had been married only 4 months. Long correspondence led to the fact that the couple are having feelings for each other.



They shared the same wedding anniversary as Queen of England, and even went to London to celebrate their golden wedding at her garden party in 1997



George worked as a baker, and Dorothy worked in a barber shop along with one of his sons. After retirement, they are fully focused on his family
