Unseasonably dressed man being in a deep sleep, "walking" near Wellesley College and its unusual appearance has caused an increased interest in his person.
But upon closer inspection, it turned out that a lunatic is the result of violent fantasies of the artist Tony Matelli and represents a realistic mannequin that distance can be taken per person.
American artist Tony Matelli works in various media, but it became famous thanks to its hyper-realistic sculptures, which are used to create a silicone resin, synthetic and human hair. In Matelli there is another sculpture "Sleepwalker", which depicts almost naked woman with closed eyes. In 2008 in Moscow in the gallery Gary Tatintsian was a personal exhibition of the sculptor.

A student of political science Magid Zoe (Zoe Magid) has created a petition calling for a statue to dismantle or move it into a museum.
As stated in the document, naturalistic sculpture "just a few hours after its installation has become a source of worry, fear and thoughts of sexual violence for many members of the student community. Despite the fact that many may find it amusing or provocative, for our students, who have to live and work in this space, it has become a cause of constant stress, "- says in the petition. At the time of writing the news it signed by more than 500 people.
However, there are girls who are having fun taking pictures next to the sculpture.
