Stalin's dacha number 5

Originally, this building belonged to a merchant from Rostov Mikhail Dutikow and was built in 1910 on the outskirts of Nalchik. Later, when there was a civil war, the villa passed into the hands of the Soviet government and was named "Villa number 5".

Stalin stayed here twice, the second time - in 1929, for two weeks. In the late '40s about this historic stay collected and analyzed, and eventually it was hanged commemorative plaque.

Then the villa changed owners, it can be said, miraculously preserved, here now it is the biological faculty of Kabardino-Balkaria State University

More information about the architect, unfortunately, no, but the reader can see, giving is not devoid of originality. Modern Caucasians such houses do not build :)

This gazebo Stalin drank tea.

Another entrance to the first floor.

According to eyewitnesses, a favorite vacation spot of Stalin was this alley.

Furnishing the house in which she was in the 1920s, there has not been preserved, even though some things were lost and found the other owners. It's too bad that the building does not repair, but even in this form it retains its atmosphere and is already attracting tourists, which, however, is difficult to get here.
