Baklava


 
Ingredients:
 - Puff pastry - 1 package
 - Chopped walnuts - 4 cups
 - Butter - 200 g
 - Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
 - Honey - 2 cups
 - Vanilla extract of - 3 teaspoons
 - Water - 1/2 cup
 - Sugar - 1/2 cup

Preparation:

Fry the chopped nuts, add a little cinnamon. Thinly roll out the puff pastry dough and place on a greased baking sheet. Then put the nuts on the dough and cover with another sheet of dough. Repeat 3 times layers. The top layer of dough cut into diamonds, as shown in the figure. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

In a separate pan, pour the honey and add the butter

Then add the sugar

Pour the vanilla extract and a little water. Preheat the mixture stirring constantly in a water bath. After got baklava from oven, pour it well with honey syrup and let it soak time
