Recipe "Cabbage stew"

Ingredients: cabbage 600 gr.kartofel 5-6 sht.morkov sht.luk 2 1 1 sht.perets Bulgarian sht.pomidor 1 sht.tomatnaya paste 2 tbsp. l.sol, sugar, pepper
Potatoes cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until half:
Separately cut cabbage, onion, bell pepper, carrots grate.
Carrots, onions and pepper mix and fry in vegetable oil until cooked:
Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, add a little water, simmer another 7-10 minutes, until almost all the water has evaporated.
Salt and pepper, add a little sugar (2 ch. L.):
Then, add the cabbage and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes:
When the cabbage is almost ready, add it to the potatoes, reduce heat and cover with lid and simmer for another minute 10-15:
Can be in a ready-made meal slice smoked sausages or hot dogs. That's all:
